How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most of our pieces are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your item is shipped. Ready-to-ship items typically process within 2-3 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included.
Do you offer custom jewelry designs?
Yes, Ananda Khalsa specializes in custom commissions. Please contact our studio to discuss selecting a specific gemstone or creating a unique setting for your piece.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To preserve the hand-painted elements and delicate finishes, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth and store in a cool, dry place.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer international shipping via FedEx. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred by their destination country.
Can I have my ring resized?
Many of our rings can be resized for a nominal fee. However, some designs with continuous patterns or specific stone settings may be limited. Please contact us before purchasing if you have sizing concerns.
