At Ananda Khalsa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your jewelry in its original presentation box and shipping container to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable, insured carrier of your choice to send the package back to our studio address.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
